Product Introduction
The LRC type automatic self-cleaning filter developed and produced by our company integrates the latest technology and process, with its advanced and reasonable structural form and reliable performance leading other forms of water filters.
This product can effectively and reliably filter out mechanical impurities in industrial circulating water, and is widely used in continuous water use applications such as metallurgy, chemical industry, and power generation. Especially in steel plants, the purification and treatment of turbid water from hot rolling and continuous casting (containing iron oxide scale and oil), as well as the side filtration treatment effect in the clean circulation system, are particularly significant.
Structure and Working Principle
The automatic self-cleaning filter consists of several parts, including the tank body, filter column, backwash structure, reducer, electric valve, differential pressure controller, and electric control box. The horizontal partition inside the tank divides it into two chambers: the outer is the clear water area, and the inner cylinder is the muddy water area. The two are completely separated, and several stainless steel filter columns are installed on the horizontal partition. The raw water to be treated enters the turbid water area through the inlet and enters the inner chamber of the filter column through the water distribution hole on the partition. Impurities larger than the gap of the filter column are intercepted, and clean water enters the clean water area through the gap. All liquids filtered by the filter column converge in the clear water area and finally flow out from the outlet.
When impurities accumulate to a certain thickness in the filter column, a pressure difference will occur between the clear water area and the turbid water area. At this time, the differential pressure controller can automatically control the backwash mechanism to start, or the backwash system can be manually started to remove the filter residue.
