1. Basic Product Introduction
The disc-type microporous aerator is a specialized oxygenation device for biochemical tanks in wastewater treatment, and it is also a mainstream aeration accessory from Yangzhou Deyuan Environment. It consists of four parts: EPDM rubber/silicone microporous diaphragm, ABS plastic support base, one-way check valve, and connecting clip. Common sizes are Φ215mm, Φ260mm, and Φ300mm.
Working principle: When air is supplied by the blower, the rubber diaphragm's micropores expand to release tiny bubbles. When the machine stops and pressure is released, the diaphragm's micropores automatically close to prevent sludge and wastewater from backflowing and clogging the pipes.

Physical Blowing (Once every 1–2 months)
Run low airflow in reverse for 3–5 minutes, letting the membrane tubes shake off sludge; use a low-pressure water jet to wash the pipe walls in the tank.
Chemical Acid Cleaning (For inorganic calcium and magnesium scale, every 6 months–1 year)
Drain the tank, soak in 5% dilute hydrochloric acid for 30–60 minutes to dissolve inorganic salt crystals, rinse with clean water, then restart operation.
